VPrivacy
We collect the minimum data needed to run the pilot: creator contact details, interview notes, and buyer checkout records. We do not store identifiable follower profiles. Interview notes are kept only for the stated research purpose and deleted or anonymized after the retention period in our data-controls policy.
VIRefunds
Deposits are refundable. If the product is not produced, or if a buyer asks for a refund under the stated terms, the deposit is returned through the payment platform.
